Terms and conditions for 12 Private Health Coaching Sessions

Private Health Coaching Sessions are optimally scheduled once every other week. Pass expires 6 months from date of purchase.

Appointments for Health Coaching Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointment cancelled within the 24 hour window is considered a Late Cancel. If you Late Cancel or do not show up for your session, your Session credit is forfeited (ie you are charged for the session.)

All sales are final. No refunds or transfers to another client.
