Terms and conditions for 5 Private Sessions
Valid for in-studio and/or virtual sessions. Sessions expire 8 weeks from date of purchase.
Reservations for all Private Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any reservation cancelled within the 24 hour window is considered a Late Cancel. If you Late Cancel or do not attend your appointment, your Private Session credit is forfeited (ie you are charged for the session.)
An in-studio session may be converted to a virtual session with a minimum 12-hour notice. If your request to convert to a virtual session is received within 12 hours of your appointment, it's considered a Late Cancel & you are charged for the session.
All sales are final. No refunds. No transfers to another person.
There are no refunds for unused sessions.
