Terms and conditions for Single Duet Session

Price is per person. Both duet participants are required to purchase their own session.

Valid for an in-studio OR virtual duet session. Session expires 1 month from date of purchase.

Reservations for all sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any reservation cancelled within the 24 hour window is considered a Late Cancel. If you Late Cancel or do not attend your appointment, your session credit is forfeited (ie you are charged for the session.)

An in-studio session may be converted to a virtual session with a minimum 12-hour notice. If your request to convert to a virtual session is received within 12 hours of your appointment, it's considered a Late Cancel & you are charged for the session.

All sales are final. No refunds. No transfers to another person.

If you are ill from, diagnosed with, or have been exposed to COVID-19, Sentirsi Studio will extend the expiration date of this Pass for up to 14 days or up until at least 72 hours have passed since the resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications, and improvement in respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath or cough, and at least 7 days have passed since symptoms began. There are no refunds for unused sessions.
