Terms and conditions for Sentirsi Introductory Package

Valid for in-studio and/or virtual sessions. Package expires 1 month from date of purchase.

Reservations for all sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any reservation cancelled within the 24 hour window is considered a Late Cancel. If you Late Cancel or do not show up for your appointment, your session credit is forfeited (ie you are charged for the session.)

An in-studio session may be converted to a virtual session with a minimum 12-hour notice. If your request to convert to a virtual session is received within 12 hours of your appointment, it's considered a Late Cancel & you are charged for the session.

All sales are final. No refunds. No transfers to another person.

There are no refunds for unused sessions.
